trusting my intuition and feeling safe and confident to be my witchy self are why i will never give up my relationship with nature
Join me and other like-minded individuals as we deepen our magic by developing a relationship with the wild world as we pay tribute to Mother Nature through all her different stages practicing reciprocity with the land during my Wheel of the Year Ritual Walks.
We will begin each virtual celebration with me leading you through a forest bathing ritual walk, influenced by the relational forest therapy sequence of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy and the Japanese health centric practice of Shinrin Yoku.
After the ritual walk we will work through a seasonally aligned ritual based on the point in the Wheel of the Year we are at - this could be anything from a release ritual to money and abundance rituals.
To wrap up our time together we will share in a closing ceremony to give thanks to each other, the sprits, and the land.
Our Next Ritual is On Dec. 21st for Yule
connecting with nature and cultivating a relationship of reciprocity with the wild world helps us deepen our connections with ourselves and our inner power
My life evolved into something magical when I realized that I could better harness my inner power by honoring the power in nature through daily integration into my life vs. the passive, disconnected approach that I had adopted through the indifference of the people that I was spending time with and the day to day grind of my 9-5 + weekend side gig.
After a major car accident just weeks before my first road trip, where we were going from Rocky Mountain National Park through 5 of Utah’s national parks, I realized that life was too damn short, and I wanted more out of mine.
During that trip I experienced some of the United States' most amazing natural landscapes for the first time, with two of my best friends, and I realized that this land is laced with magic just like all of the beings that occupy it. And I'd been missing out on this powerful connection!
Since then, intentionally connecting with nature has helped me build my confidence to advocate for myself and has helped my embrace my witchiness. By exploring nature on my own I've built my self-efficacy in my ability to take care of myself in many different ways. I've stood up to an unjust termination from one company and negotiated a 12% raise and fair pay at another. I've upheld boundaries with family members, and because of that we now have better relationships. And I've also learned to communicate my needs and feelings to my partner vs. expecting him to read my damn mind all the time the way I was expected to read minds when I was younger.
Spending time outside on a weekly basis has strengthened my intuition and my trust in it to protect me and help me make decisions that ultimately changed the trajectory of my life. I went from dissociating for hours each day to cultivating a mindset of solution that helped me get out of multiple shitty situations before things really went downhill. Instead of being stuck in the victim mentality I had the knowledge that I could lean on my intuition to know when it was the right time to take action and how to take action. No longer living in my parents' house, no longer afraid of relationships, no longer ignoring my debt, I am now an action taker with the help of my guides and intuition.
Immersing myself in the healing properties of the forest and integrating herbalism into my daily routine transformed my mental and physical health. Being on a hormonal birth control pill for a decade (FYI should really only be on those for a couple years at a time) royally fucked up my system. After I realized this, it took me 2 years to have any sort of semblance of a regular cycle. But once I started using herbs to support my endocrine and reproductive systems, I saw a huge change in PMS symptoms and have a regular monthly cycle now. Alongside starting therapy, I was nudged to hire a mindset coach while on a hike at one of my local state parks and that suggestion was one of the best intuitive drops that I've received while on the trail.
Our power, our bodies, and our minds have evolved alongside nature and to remove ourselves from it is a disservice to both the wild world and to us.
Living in tandem with the cycles of the wild world allows us to tap into the wisdom and power of nature and mirror that in our own lives with when we focus on goals and creation or prioritize rest and relaxation.

nature rests & so must we
Just like nature, we are not meant to constantly be performing and producing. Throughout the Wheel of the Year rituals we will be taking time to tune into this cycle of productivity and rest so that you are able to nurture your inner magic and harness it without running yourself ragged.
not all adventures need to be somewhere far away
Don’t get me wrong, I love to travel. I love national parks - both in the US and abroad. But sometimes the most magical adventures are the everyday ones. Sitting in the same spot of your backyard watching the same tree change all throughout the year. Seeing baby animals grow, leaves change color, and flowers come and go. The intimate knowledge we can develop of the spaces that we experience day after day is arguably more powerful than what we learn during those far away adventures.

About Hanna
Over the last 9 years, Hanna has been a health & wellness professional from 9-5 but she has been a lover of nature for as long as she can remember. Having traveled to at least one new to her national park since 2019, Hanna is an advocate for being outdoors, making the outdoors accessible to as many people as possible, & keeping nature wild. With 14 national parks under her belt, she has experienced the wonder that comes from the desert to caves and old growth forests and wants to make sure that others have the opportunities to experience that wonder of nature as well. Since beginning her journey on the path of witchcraft, paganism, & animism, Hanna discovered that living in tandem with the cycle of nature left her feeling more aligned and in touch with herself and her magic which inspired the Wheel of the Year Ritual Program. As a soon to be certified forest therapy guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, Hanna believes in the importance of reciprocity with the More Than Human world and guides others on their own journeys of developing a reciprocal relationship with nature.
